✨How to create your own health & wellness so you don’t end up settling up for the default.

If we don’t create our own wellness, fitness, lifestyle… We get the default.😬

Default is usually from our our parents, tv commercials or just outdated general info.

Yikes.

If you’re a creative, we just can’t get down with following the rules and having people create our master piece. Super unhealthy for us.

Instead…

1. Quit “perfect” or the “all or nothing” thing, allow it to be you instead.

Sometimes this looks like waiting or later/some day or dispassionately following something that just ain’t right.

The truth is that studies and external data changes ALL the time. Remember the food pyramid?

People actually followed that 😂 yikes. So many rules to follow… Consisting of total nonsense.

Yes stick to a daily plan but don’t get stuck on it looking a certain way.

2. Get back to your fun or make it a practice to have more fun DAILY in the direction of your wellness.

If I hadn’t found fun exercise for myself personally, I don’t know where I would be right now, seriously.😵

Health and wellness feels really good and fun– this is a good goal for real.

3. Choose natural over normal

There are soooo many ways to do this thing but then there’s your way.

✨Take notice of other areas where you have been successful, for clues.

I always like to test and try things for 30 days and see how it goes. From there, I choose to keep whats working and ditch what’s not…

Next.

Like any piece of art, it takes time and creativity but it’s worth it.

**Normal is to allow wanting what’s not good for us (processed sugar or people pleasing) to continuously rule over a higher desire of something WAAAY better for us (healthy energy, natural expression).

Choosing natural over normal is where it’s at!

Going with normal is what cements us into a default pattern.
